This document sets out all the terms governing use of the bdd44 platform. Please read it in full and give your informed consent before becoming a member.
01 Introduction & Consent
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the bdd44 platform ("Platform" or "we") and any registered or unregistered user ("you" or "member"). By creating an account on bdd44, accessing the platform, or using any game or service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform. We reserve the right to change or update these Terms at any time, and continuing to use the platform after any such change will be considered as your automatic acceptance of the new Terms.

03 Membership Eligibility
3.1 Age Requirement
To open an account on bdd44, you must be 21 years of age or older. The platform is operated for adults only. We may request valid proof of identity at any time for age verification, and providing false information will result in immediate account closure.
3.2 One Account Policy
Only one account is permitted per individual, household, or IP address. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be cancelled and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.
3.3 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account cancellation. If any personal details change, you must inform our support team immediately.
04 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposit Rules
The methods listed below may be used to deposit funds at bdd44. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

- Nagad: Mobile financial service — instant credit
- Rocket: Mobile financial service — instant credit
- Bank Transfer: Major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Once a withdrawal request is approved, processing is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals may only be made using the same method used for the deposit, or via a verified alternative method.
4.3 KYC Verification
Before a withdrawal, or at any time at our discretion, we may request a copy of your National ID (NID) or passport and proof of payment method for identity verification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
05 Bonus & Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The bonus amount will always equal the deposit amount but will not exceed ৳20,000.
Example 2: Deposit ৳42,000 → Bonus ৳20,000 (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳62,000
5.2 Wagering Requirement
To withdraw any winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. The wagering calculation is based on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and the bonus.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- A member may receive the welcome bonus only once.
- The bonus is usable only within the bdd44 platform — it cannot be withdrawn directly.
- The rules of the relevant game will apply to any bet placed using bonus balance.
- Attempting to collect bonuses through fraudulent activity or multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and related winnings.
- bdd44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
06 VIP Program & Cashback
The bdd44 VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits increase as you move to a higher tier. Tier progression depends on gaming activity and regular participation on the platform.
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
The cashback amount is calculated at the end of each week and credited to your account following a set process. Wagering requirements may also apply to cashback benefits.
07 Fair Play & Prohibited Activities
7.1 Permitted Use
The bdd44 platform may only be used for personal entertainment purposes. All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), ensuring equal opportunity for all players.
7.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account cancellation:
- Abusing bonus benefits or using fraudulent betting patterns
- Using multiple accounts to gain an advantage
- Playing using software, bots, or automated tools
- Accessing another member's account or hacking
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions
- Attempting cyber attacks, DDoS, or disruption of platform operations
- Transacting using third-party funds or cards
7.3 Anti-Money Laundering
bdd44 follows Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. In the case of suspicious transactions, we are obliged to temporarily suspend the account, request additional verification documents, and report to the relevant authorities.
08 Intellectual Property & Privacy
8.1 Intellectual Property
All content on the bdd44 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is the intellectual property of us or our licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written permission is prohibited.
8.2 Privacy
The collection, storage, and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to that policy. We use SSL encryption to keep your data secure.
09 Account Cancellation & Suspension
bdd44 may suspend or permanently close an account without notice in any of the following circumstances:
- Proven violation of these Terms
- Detection of fraudulent or dishonest activity
- Failure to pass age verification or provision of false information
- Refusal or failure to provide KYC documents
- Operating multiple accounts
- Attempting to interfere with the platform's technical security
In the event of account cancellation, we will consider returning any verified balance, however the balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.
10 Responsible Gaming
bdd44 believes that online gaming is purely a form of entertainment and not a guaranteed source of income. We encourage our members to play responsibly.
- Never bet beyond your means.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly budgets for yourself.
- Avoid placing one bet after another trying to recover losses.
- Talk openly about your gaming habits with family, friends, or loved ones.
- If you feel you are losing control over your gaming, please contact our support team to voluntarily pause your account.

11 Limitation of Liability
The bdd44 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any loss caused by technical errors, server outages, loss of internet connection, or other technical issues. However, if a technical error causes an unreasonable change to a member's balance, we will take corrective action subject to verification.
Game outcomes are RNG-based and we do not guarantee any specific result. It is the member's own responsibility to understand the rules of each game before playing.
12 Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
12.1 Complaints Process
If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact our support team first. We provide assistance 24/7 via live chat and email. Once a complaint is submitted, we will investigate as promptly as possible and inform you of the resolution.
12.2 Final Decision
In any dispute regarding game outcomes or technical matters, bdd44's server logs and records will be treated as final evidence. In any dispute relating to bonuses and promotions, bdd44's interpretation is final.
12.3 Notice of Changes
Any changes to these Terms will take effect from the date they are published on the website. For significant changes, we will endeavour to notify members by email. However, continuing to use the platform after any change will be considered as acceptance of the new Terms.
